Aged 20, Marc co-founded the party platform usgang.ch (trade sale to Axel Springer) and he is a founder of amiando (awarded by the World Economic Forum as Global Technology Pioneer in 2010; trade sale to XING). He is Ambassador Switzerland at FinLeap, was partner at the listed investment company Next Generation Finance Invest (today Ayondo Holding) and venture partner at Orange Growth Capital. Marc was awarded as «100 most successful people under 40 in Switzerland» by BILANZ in 2015.
Rino is the co-founder and CEO of financialmedia AG. The independent media company releases different publications which cover economical and financial topics. The company organizes, furthermore, many events and conferences. However, Rino's professional background is in the financial industry. He worked in different leading positions. He is a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA) and he acquired in his past career fundamental knowledge in banking and capital investments.
Lucas Betschart is the founder of Blockchain Source, a consulting company focusing on applying Blockchain technologies in the real world. Being involved in Bitcoin since the early days he has a deep understanding of decentralized systems, cryptography and the technologies available today, to build or integrate with.
He is the founder and organizer of the Blockchain Meetup Zurich group, which connects and educates startups, corporates and enthusiasts and president of the Bitcoin Association Switzerland.

Rolf is originally from the Netherlands and was assigned to the Elektronische Börse Schweiz project from 1993 until 1996, where he had several management and development functions. After subsequent involvement in a number of projects in SBC and UBS, Rolf was director of an IT Consultancy firm from 2003 onwards. Rolf holds a degree in electronic engineering as he is so old that he studied before Informatics was a known study field.
SIX Swiss Exchange
Crispin has been in the specifications team of SIX Swiss Exchange since 2008, where he has mainly been active in the off-book and post-trade area. Prior to that he produced a formalised set of modelled interlocking requirements for the European railways, in a project run by the International Union of Railways in Paris. Originally from England, he is a graduate of Durham and Essex and also holds a doctorate in medieval Italian history from York University, so he knows how old Rolf Broekhuizen really is.

Prior to founding Skry Fabio was enrolled at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Art in Switzerland, pursuing a Master in Business Administration. Olga is a part of the management team of Xapo, a Silicon Valley based startup, which is a global leading player in the Bitcoin industry. Olga’s background is in financial services industry: she was a strategy advisor for banks at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and at Barclays Capital.
Iris is a Partner at BearingPoint in Financial Services and has been leading Business Strategy and Transformation programs across Europe, APAC and the USA together with her team for over a decade. Her clients include locally and globally operating banks, financial services providers as well as trading, clearing and settlement organizations tackling digital transformation, regulatory change and operational excellence. Her latest publications and speeches focus on front-to-back process digitalization as well as on collaboration and innovation in the banking area.
Bernhard is a Manager at BearingPoint in IT Advisory. He is one of the leaders of BearingPoint’s Blockchain Team and is responsible for delivering IT Strategy & Transformation projects for international clients covering the whole spectrum from strategy concepts to implementation. His combined background of IT and economics help him bridge and master the gap between his client’s IT and business departments.

Before entering the crypto space, Patrick first worked at JPMorgan and later founded cf-x Advisory, a boutique consultancy which specialized in helping startups on fundraising. Patrick is based in Palo Alto but has lived, studied, and worked across Europe, Asia, and North America.
Marion Vogel is a researcher and strategic marketing expert in BlockchainTech. Her academic background is in economics and marketing management (MBA). While living in Silicon Valley for over 1.5 years she worked in business development as well as innovation research and wrote her final thesis on analyzing risks and evaluating market-entry-barriers for Blockchain applications and therefore worked closely together with industry experts.
