Before founding SONECT he worked over 12 years at Credit Suisse specializing in payments, core banking and regulatory compliance. Mona El Isa

Former star-trader at Goldman Sachs, promoted to Vice President by the age of 26 and made the «top 30 under 30» list in Trader Magazine in 2008 and Forbes Magazine in 2011 after profitably trading the 2008 and 2011 crashes. Moved to Geneva-based macro fund Jabre Capital in 2011, before deciding in 2014 that the future of finance lay in blockchain technology. She studied Economics & Statistics at the University College London.

Andreas Iten

Andreas is managing director at SIX and in the role as the CIO for the SIX division Financial Information and responsible for Technology Innovation for SIX. He is board member and co-founder of the F10 FinTech Incubator and Accelerator in Zurich Switzerland. Andreas discovered his affinity to technology and finance already in the year 2000, where he was part of the first internet trading platform project in Europe. Today he is an active influencer and shaper of the FinTech scene in Switzerland.
Vincent Jansen
Vincent is the newest partner at Innopay. He is a passionate collaborative innovator and a thought leader on digital identity and e-payments. He has 15 years of hands-on experience in innovating networked products in complex multi-stakeholder environments.

Marc Geiger is Associate Partner at IBM Global Business Services. In his role he is responsible for Business and IT Consulting as well as Application Development and Outsourcing Services for banks and insurances in Switzerland. He previously led the Operations Strategy Practice of IBM Consulting and delivered multiple complex projects. Marc is a Lean Sigma Master Black Belt in Process Optimization and holds a masters degree in Economics.
Pascal Kaufmann

Pascal is a neuroscientist-turned-entrepreneur, Founder and CEO of Starmind. Having received his Master’s Degree in Neuroscience and Economics at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich and Northwestern University in Evanston, IL (USA), he continued more in-depth studies at Northwestern University in Evanston and the Chicago Medical School, Illinois, USA. There Pascal connected living brains to mobile robots and was part of a pioneering team that created one of the first cyborgs. In 2010, Pascal Kaufmann together with Marc Vontobel founded Starmind International AG, a company that develops Brain Technology and real-time know-how networks ultimately leading to the creation of artificial brains for companies. Pascal believes in the power of the symbiosis of man and machine.

Andreas Kubli is Group Managing Director at UBS Switzerland AG in Zurich. Since 2013 he has been Head of the Multichannel Management & Digitization at UBS Switzerland. Prior to this, he led Strategy and Business Development at UBS Switzerland. Before joining UBS he was a partner with McKinsey & Company. Andreas Kubli is an authorized attorney at law in Zurich and New York.
Thierry Kneissler
Thierry is CEO of TWINT Ltd., Switzerland’s first integrated payment and shopping app. TWINT is a spin-off of PostFinance. Before moving to TWINT, he was member of the Executive Board of PostFinance for 6 years. He joined PostFinance in 2003. Earlier positions include business consultant for an internet company and project manager for a bank. He studied Economics and is an Executive MBA from University of St. Gallen. Thierry Kneissler is married, father of two children and lives in Berne.

With almost 10 years of experience in venture capital, as a Managing Partner Cédric Köhler specializes in innovative business concepts in the technology sector. Prior to joining Venture Creathor Cédric Köhler worked several years as a business consultant at Synpulse in Zurich, where he was involved in projects in the areas of CRM, web applications, customer retention systems and business development. He has a master’s degree in business administration and majored in business informatics. He gained venture capital experience at the Technologieholding VC GmbH along with international work experience in France and the US in particular. Bastian is the CEO of Werthstein. Before Werthstein and as Managing Director Marketing International, he led the marketing strategy and implementation of Credit Suisse’s marketing program across the Americas, APAC and EMEA region. A digital native, Bastian has leveraged the internet for client identification, acquisition and loyalty strategies since the late 90s. He studied business administration in Germany and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. For him, Werthstein is proof that the internet can further increase client intimacy in Wealth Management.

Claudio is a co-founder of Futurae Technologies AG, where he focuses on business and technology development. With a strong fascination for computers and security shown early on, he studied Computer Science and holds a PHD from ETH Zurich, where he focused his research on mobile and web security. He co-founded Futurae Technologies AG with the goal of helping everyone to be secure online through the use cyber security solutions improving the customer experience.

Ralph Mogicato has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Singapore. He is co-founder and used to be CEO at the Swiss consultancy Synpulse with over 150 employees mainly focusing on banking and insurance. He has expertise in strategy building, defining business plans and cases, make-or-buy decisions, evaluation support of packaged software, quality assurance for large projects and composition of „greenfield units“. He is now professional board member (Crealogix) and an angel investor, board member or advisor for start-up companies in the technology space (e.g. Starmind, unblu, Contovista).
Jonas Muff

Jonas is Head of Business Development at Merantix. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from University of St. Gallen (HSG). During his studies he was CEO of START Summit, a student-led conference for Entrepreneurship and Technology with 1500 participants. He is also initiator of the START Fund (part of HSG Foundation). Prior to joining Merantix, he gained experience in the Insurance and Private Banking industry.

Nina Schneider
Product Lead
As Product Lead at Appway, Nina Schneider shapes the vision and strategy of the Appway Platform, directing new releases as well as launching Workspace Collaboration and the Native Workspace. In addition to her work at Appway, Nina is an organizer for TEDx Zurich. She holds a Master’s Degree in Strategy and International Management from the University of St. Gallen.

Florian Schweitzer

Florain was one of the co-founders of b-to-v in the year 2000. Since then he has worked on b-to-v’s private investor network and investment business. Florian has graduated with a degree in management from the University of St. Gallen, where he developed START, an entrepreneurs’ organization with friends. Michael Sidler

Michael has co-founded Redalpine Venture Partners AG in Zürich in 2007 and acts as General Partner for Redalpine Capital I, Redalpine Capital II and Redalpine Capital III. Before Redalpine, Michael was responsible for corporate investments and M&A at Prionics AG, a Biotech company in Schlieren, Switzerland, where under his guidance several acquisitions have been completed. From 1998 to 2003, Michael was with The Boston Consulting Group in Zürich and Toronto as a Consultant and Project Leader in several different industries and roles. Michael Sidler has a PhD in Life Sciences from University of Zürich. Stefan Steiner

At the age of 15, Stefan Steiner founded his first internet company. After his studies at University of applied Sciences Zurich and EBS London he worked at Redalpine Venture Partners, where he invested in early-stage internet and biotech companies. In 2011, Stefan moved with the mobile gamification startup Questli to San Francisco where he acted as COO. Furthermore, he gained corporate experience while working for Credit Suisse and Tamedia Digital. As of 2015, Steiner is Managing Director for the German speaking part at venturelab where he supports Switzerland’s most promising start-ups to grow into international markets.

Nikolay Storonsky joined Lehman Brothers’ emerging markets trading desk in 2006. Following that, Nikolay spent five years as an equity derivatives trader at Credit Suisse. As a frequent traveler, he began to notice he was wasting hundreds of pounds in exchange rate markups and fees. It no longer felt right and he knew there had to be a better way. Nikolay quit to start Revolut: A 21st century banking alternative designed for a global lifestyle.
