Rob Holub is an accomplished MC, Speaker, TV & film producer and a singer/songwriter under the name of SOKOL. With more than 15 years of international experience in the entertainment industry, Rob has made a name for himself in television production, both behind and in front of the camera, including working for SRF, Pro7, Sat.1 in Switzerland and various projects in New York City and London. Being fascinated by the impact of the digitization on our lives, he is now bringing his expertise to the blockchain & fintech industry. Since then, Ute has held roles including Manager of New Products and Senior Relationship Manager, and is currently Head of Business Development for Central Europe. In this role, Ute is responsible for leading the regional cluster in developing new business opportunities for Visa Europe, either by extending partnerships with existing businesses or identifying and developing new business areas. Prior to joining Visa, Ute worked for several years as both Sales and Marketing Manager for Aral Card-Services in various regions across Germany. As Project & Program Manager, he was responsible, among others, for the introduction of new core banking solutions for Swiss banks. He was responsible for the IT of a Swiss Cantonal Bank and the IT Strategy, Architecture & Governance Unit of a large Swiss Retail Banking group. Thomas was responsible for the Swiss Business Unit Banking of an international consulting firm for several years.

Matteo Bernardoni joined UBS in 2008 after his studies in Banking and Finance at the University of St. Gallen. Over the course of a decade, Matteo experienced first hand different steps of the lending value chain. After starting as a client advisors for large corporate clients, Matteo worked in the credit risk and regulatory interactions department before moving into the development of alternative lending products, where he is still active. In this capacity, he was responsible for the business development and the later integration into BNP Paribas. Daniel Seifert focuses on digital transformation in finance. He is currently Head Investment Algorithms & Validation, UBS Partner, which he helped set up in January 2016 and grow to serve clients in the Americas, Europe, and Asia in the space of three years. UBS Partner is a new white-label offering that scans millions of portfolios and billions of end-client assets every night and generates tailor-made client insights. In his current role, he oversees the engine's daily operations and client service. Prior to this role, he designed and implemented the algorithms that run in the engine. Before joining UBS, he spent nine years as a consultant with McKinsey & Company in their Business Technology practice where he helped clients define and implement IT strategies, large scale digital transformations, and achieve operational excellence. He holds a PhD in Operations Management from ETH Lausanne.
